Is it possible to view storage rooms prior to booking?
Yes, we can arrange, by appointment, for you to view the various size units so you can determine which would be the most suitable for your needs.

Do you supply cartons and packing materials?
Yes, we have a wide range of boxes, wardrobe cartons, blankets, bubble wrap, tape etc available for purchase.

I don’t have my own transport, can you provide a van and porter service?
We can supply a removal van and porters to collect your goods – please ask for a free quotation.

Are there any items I cannot store?
You cannot store any perishable, inflammable or illegal items. Lawnmowers, motorcycles etc must be drained of fuel and oil prior to storing.

What do I need to bring with me to open a storage agreement?
Two forms of ID are required such as a passport, driving licence or utility bill which should be less than 3 months old. You will also need your first payment.

What happens if all my belongings won’t fit into the unit I have rented?
This is not a problem, there are plenty of units to choose from so you can change to a larger unit or rent a second smaller unit.

What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment you can pay by cash, cheque or BACS. Alternatively we can arrange a direct debit from your bank.

Who provides the lock and who holds the key?
We have locks available for purchases at our facility or you may provide your own. You are the only keyholder or alternatively we can hold the key for you.

Are my goods insured?
Yes, Insurance cover is compulsory to the rental agreement and is subject to a minimum £2,000 level of indemnity. Cover is arranged through ourselves.
